At Niblee, we formulate and feed this product to our own animals first. We stand behind every batch.
If you are not satisfied, we will make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
If your animal does not transition well, refuses the feed, or you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us. We will work with you directly to resolve the issue.

• Photos if applicable (optional but helpful)
Opened Bags
We understand this is food. You cannot evaluate a feed without opening it.
Opened bags are eligible for refund within 30 days if you are not satisfied. We may request basic information to understand what occurred, as feedback helps us maintain quality standards.
Return Shipping
If a return shipment is required, we will provide instructions and a return label when applicable.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@niblee.us. We will replace or refund the item promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Gift cards
• Final sale items clearly marked as such
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Items must be in original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Processing
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, plus additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
