Because every batch is made fresh to order, we operate differently than warehouse-based brands. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

Order Processing

All Niblee orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Timeline

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Freshness Commitment

Niblee feed is not warehouse stock. It is milled and packaged in small batches and shipped directly to you.

We do not hold large volumes of finished product for extended storage. This allows us to maintain freshness and quality standards from production to delivery. Your feed will always be shipped within 14 days of the mill date.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using reputable national carriers. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and package weight.

Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery location.

Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Niblee is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@niblee.us.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address entered at checkout

  2. Check with neighbors or household members

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number

If you still need assistance, contact us and we will help you resolve the issue.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because our feed is shelf-stable and dry, standard shipping conditions are appropriate for transit. However, please bring your package indoors promptly after delivery to protect from excess moisture or heat exposure.
